Every rubber sheet starts with our development and technical teams working with you to define the product’s application, performance needs, and timeline. From there, our chemists and engineers in the Research & Development Lab create a rubber sheeting formulation tailored to your requirements. This formulation then undergoes an initial quality check before moving to mixing.
The mixed rubber sheet compound is milled into smaller pieces, then processed through a vertical calendering machine to achieve your specified thickness, width, and finish. We offer a variety of finish options, including smooth, rough, lined, and more, preparing the sheet of rubber for vulcanization. For specialized dimensions and thicknesses, we may utilize our molding and extrusions capabilities to ensure the material you require is manufactured in the most efficient process.
Prepared sheet rubber is vulcanized in autoclaves, where controlled heat and pressure cross-link the rubber molecules. This process locks in durability and ensures the rubber sheeting maintains its shape and performance over time.
We offer additional services to customize your sheet of rubber, including stenciling, private branding, slitting, trimming, and coil division—delivering the exact product you need.
Finally, every rubber sheet is carefully packaged to prevent damage in transit. We coordinate with trusted shipping partners to deliver your rubber sheeting products directly to your location, ready for immediate use. With over 7,000 custom formulations developed, WARCO is a trusted rubber sheet manufacturer for specialized and hard-to-find rubber sheeting solutions.
