Our Molding Manufacturing Process


At WARCO we have 3 different capabilities when it comes to molding. We have compression, compression transfer and injection molding, each are uniquely suited for different jobs. Our Research & Development lab has already determined which method will be optimal for each job and the stock rubber will be vulcanized and shaped in one form.
Once the rubber is cured it is removed from the mold and sent to our trim department for removal of excess flash and inspection . Each molded part is unique and has a different method of preparation, this can include trimming, stenciling, assembly, and much more.

- Automatic Compression Presses that can handle compression or transfer molds
- Shuttle Presses as well as Multiple Deck Presses to accommodate all your needs
- Horizontal Stroke Press with 705 tons of clamping force and platen size of 31.9″ x 43.3″
- Molded Rubber Slabs up to 4.5″ thick and 48″ square
- We can mold parts as small as 1″ in diameter to parts as large as 48″ in diameter
- In-House Mixing keeps each formulation under our tight control
