How do I create an account?

  1. Select Create a New Account from the top of the menu
  2. Fill in all required information
    • Passwords are case-sensitive and must be at least 6 characters in length
    • If you are a current WARCO BILTRITE customer, be sure to check "I am a current WARCO BILTRITE customer" checkbox
  3. Click "Create Account"
  4. You will now be logged in and will receive an email confirmation

I am a current customer of WARCO BILTRITE. How do I connect my User ID to my internal WARCO BILTRITE account?

  1. By connecting your account, you will be able to view past orders, view custom parts, order products, and more!
  2. Select Create a New Account from the top of the menu and be sure to have a past WARCO BILTRITE invoice handy
  3. Fill in all required information and be sure to check "I am a current WARCO BILTRITE customer" checkbox
    • Passwords are case-sensitive and must be at least 6 characters in length
  4. Click "Create Account"
  5. You will be prompted to enter a past WARCO BILTRITE Invoice Number and Total for that invoice
  6. After successful verification of the Invoice Number and Total, your new user I.D. will be automatically connected to your internal account
  7. If you have already created a user I.D. but did not connect your account using the method above, we can connect you internally. Contact store@warco.com or call customer service at 714-532-3355 to connect your user ID to your internal account

How do I login to the web store?

  1. Click on the Login on the top-right of the page
  2. If you are already a registered user, enter your username and password, then click the "Login" button
  3. If you have not registered, click Create New Account and follow the steps to register

What if I forget my Username or lose my password?

  1. Click on the Login button on the top of any page
  2. Select the link that says "Forgot your username or password"
  3. Select either Username or Password
  4. Enter your email address
  5. We will email your username or temporary password immediately
  6. Use your temporary password to login
  7. You will be immediately prompted to create a new password

How do I change a quantity of an item in my cart?

  1. Click on My Cart at the top of the page
  2. Quantities of parts in your cart are on the right side
  3. Select "Edit Quantity" on the part you would like to change
  4. Change the quantity of the part as desired in the pop-up window and click "Update Cart"

How do I delete or remove an item from my shopping cart?

  1. Click on My Cart at the top of the page
  2. Select "Remove this item" located below the image on the left hand side of each part in the cart list 
  3. Select “Yes” to confirm and the item will be removed from the cart

What are the Minimum Purchase quanities for each Product?

BILTRITE Sheet Roll Lengths:

  • Stock Sheet Item: 1 Roll min.
  • Non-Stock Sheet Item: 3,000 lbs. min.

  • Mats: 1 mat

On-hand inventory stock levels are updated throughout the day.

What is the Checkout Process?

  1. Click on the Check Out link at the top of the page when you have finished shopping to begin the checkout process. This will bring you to the Billing & Shipping page.
  2. Billing & Shipping Page
    1. Complete all required fields for your shipping address and the billing address
    2. Click the "Freight" button to proceed
  3. Freight Page
    1. Select a shipping method
    2. Select all needed Accessorial Services to avoid extra fees after receiving your shipment.
    3. Add attention line and/or special instruction information if appropriate
    4. Click "Order Review" to continue.
  4. Review, Payment, & Submit Your Order
    1. This page includes a final review of your order, Billing and Shipping details
    2. Select a payment method and complete all credit card information if paying by credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover. (If you are a returning customer you may select your previously used credit card on file)
    3. Review and agree to WARCO BILTRITE's Standard Terms & Conditions of Sale and the 10% manufacturing variance on all products which may require a second transaction by checking the two "I agree" boxes
    4. Click "Send Order" to complete your online order and receive an order confirmation
  5. Order Submittal Confirmation
    1. This page details your order with specified Purchase Order number
    2. You will receive an email confirmation containing your order number that will allow you to check the status of your order via the My Orders page on our site
    3. This page may also be printed for your records

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover credit cards. Your company may also apply for payment terms through our credit department.

Will I get a confirmation of my order?

Yes, once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email with the details of the order.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Requests for cancellation or modification of orders must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of placement of order. Please call 714–532–3355 and one of our customer service representatives will help with your request.

How do I check the status of my order?

Click on the My Orders link located on the top of the page and select View Pending Orders and Track Shipments

What are my Payment Terms?

Net 30 days. No Cash Discounts. New customer orders for shipment on open account are subject to credit approval

What are WARCO BILTRITE's Freight Terms?

F.O.B. warehouse location, freight allowed by most economical routing on shipments weighing 3,000 lbs or more to one destination, one shipment, one purchase order, within the continental United States. Freight allowance applies to WARCO calendered sheet products and BILTRITE Sheet, BILTRITE Mats, & BILTRITE Matting products only and does not include a freight surcharge of $0.06/lb.
